  "text": "(1) Regulation 35 of the 2003 Regulations (expenses) is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (2) insert the following paragraph—\n“(3) The expenses that may be reimbursed under a determination made under paragraph (1) include tax paid by a chief officer in connection with removal or relocation expenses associated with his appointment.”",
