# The Police (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006, Regulation 9: Amendments to the 2003 Regulations


(1) Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations (effect of disciplinary action on pay and allowances) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(2) for “the Police (Conduct) (Senior Officers) Regulations 1999” substitute “the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2004”.
