# The Police (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1994, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 30th September 1994, but regulations 2 to 4 shall have effect as from 1st September 1994.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Police Regulations 1987.
