# The Police (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1994, Regulation 2: Rate of pay and reckoning of service


(1) Regulation 37 of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a) by substituting for paragraph (1)—
“(1) Schedule 5 shall have effect for determining the pay of members of police forces.”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) by deleting the words “any of the aforesaid scales of”.
(2) Regulation 40(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “the scale of”.
(3) Regulation 41(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “the scale of”.
(4) Regulation 43(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “the scale of”.
