Regulation 6 Amendment of the Police Regulations 2003

In regulation 19(1) (samples) at the beginning insert “Subject to paragraph (5),”.

(2)

After regulation 19(4) insert—

“(5)

A member of a police force who was required to have a sample taken under regulation 10A(1) shall not also be required to have a sample taken under paragraph (1).”.
