Regulation 5 of the 2003 Regulations (part-time appointments) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “one month” substitute “2 months”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “3 months” substitute “4 months”.
