# The Police (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2012, Regulation 6: Replacement allowance: increases


(1) Paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to the 2003 Regulations (variation and termination of replacement allowance) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (3), after “the replacement allowance in question is” insert “not”.
