Regulation 5 Annual leave

(1)

Paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations is amended—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2)—

(i)

by substituting for the words “31st December 1986” the words “31st December 1993”, and

(ii)

in the second column of the Table by substituting for the figures “20”, “22”, “25”, “26” and “28” the figures “21”, “23”, “26”, “27” and “29” respectively; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (3) by substituting for the words “31st December 1986” the words “31st December 1993”.

In relation to the first leave year, within the meaning given in paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations, beginning after 31st December 1992 paragraph 1(2) of that Schedule shall have effect as if for the figures “20”, “22”, “25”, “26” and “28” in the second column of the Table there were substituted the figures “22”, “24”, “27”, “28” and “30” respectively.
