Regulation 2

These Regulations shall come into force on 16th November 1987 and shall have effect for the purposes of regulation 3(a), as from 1st July 1986, for the purposes of regulation 3(b), as from 1st February 1987, for the purposes of regulation 4(b) to (f), as from 15th June 1987, and for the purposes of regulation 4(h) and (j), as from 1st September 1987.
