# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 13: Deductions from pay of social security benefits and statutory sick pay


In regulation 47(1)(a) of the principal Regulations for the words from “sickness benefit” to “1992(a)” there shall be substituted “short-term or long-term incapacity benefit to which he is entitled under the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Act 1994”.
