# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 14: Modification for part-time service


(1) In the modifications made by paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations the words “, with approval of the Secretary of State,” are hereby revoked.
(2) In regulation 28(1), as substituted by paragraph 6 of that Schedule, for the words “to whom regulation 24 applies” there shall be substituted “below the rank of inspector”.
