# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 2


In regulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations (interpretation), after the definition of “joint branch board” there shall be inserted:
““maternity leave” has the meaning assigned thereto by regulation 36A(1);
“member of a police force” includes such a member who is suspended under the Discipline Regulations;”.
