  "text": "POLICE, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 28th September 2001\nLaid before Parliament 10th October 2001\nComing into force 1st November 2001\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 50 of the Police Act 1996, after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and supplying that Board with a draft of these Regulations in accordance with section 62(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
