# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 7th November 2005.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2003 Regulations” means the Police Regulations 2003.
