  "text": "POLICE, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 5th June 2006\nLaid before Parliament 8th June 2006\nComing into force 1st July 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 50 of the Police Act 1996.\nIn accordance with section 63(3) of that Act, he has supplied a draft of these Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and has taken into consideration the representations made by that Board.",
