  "text": "POLICE, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 30th March 2007\nLaid before Parliament 4th April 2007\nComing into force 1st June 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Police Act 1996.\nIn accordance with section 62(1) of that Act, he has taken into consideration the recommendations of the Police Negotiating Board and supplied that Board with a draft of these Regulations.",
