# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment) Regulations 2008.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st December 2008.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2003 Regulations” means the Police Regulations 2003.
