# The Police (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 6: Amendments to the Police Regulations 2003


(1) In the provisions listed in paragraph (2), omit “deputy chief constable or assistant chief constable”.
(2) Those provisions are—
(a) regulation 8(4) (in both places);
(b) regulation 9(2).
