  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 26th January 2012\nLaid before Parliament 30th January 2012\nComing into force 23rd February 2012\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Police Act 1996.\nIn accordance with section 62(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has taken into consideration the recommendations of the Police Negotiating Board and supplied that Board with a draft of these Regulations.",
