  "text": "In regulation 3, after the definition of “Conduct Regulations” insert—\n““DE Superintendent Programme” means a programme for the time being recognised by the Secretary of State for the purposes of these Regulations as the Direct Entry (Superintendent) Programme;\n“DE superintendent” means a superintendent participating in the DE Superintendent Programme;\n“FT Programme” means a programme for the time being recognised by the Secretary of State for the purposes of these Regulations as the Constable to Inspector Fast Track Programme;”.",
