Regulation 4 Amendments to the Police Regulations 2003

In regulation 10—

(a)

after sub-paragraph (1)(i) insert—

“(j)

must, if a candidate for appointment under the FT Programme or the DE Superintendent Programme, have passed the assessment centre in respect of that programme.”;

(b)

in paragraph (3), after the definition of “armed forces” insert—

“(aa)

“assessment centre” means the assessment centre approved by the College of Policing for the purposes of the FT Programme or, as the case may be, the DE Programme;”.
