  "text": "In regulation 46—\n(a) in paragraph (1A)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for “where sub-paragraph (c)” substitute “where paragraph (1AA)”;\n(ii) omit paragraph (c);\n(b) after paragraph (1A) insert—\n“(1AA) This paragraph applies where—\n(a) the determination would affect members of police forces who are not above the rank of chief superintendent as well as those who are; and\n(b) the Secretary of State thinks that it would be preferable for the matter to be considered by the same body.”.",
