  "text": "In regulation 17 (personal record of member leaving force), after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) Where a member of a police force (“Force A”) to whom paragraph (3) applies becomes a rejoiner member of another police force (“Force B”), the chief officer of Force A must transfer to Force B any personal record relating to the rejoiner member that is still kept by Force A.”.",
