Regulation 4 Amendment to regulation 33 (leave)

In regulation 33, in paragraph (2)

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “days” substitute “periods”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b)—

(i)

for “days”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “periods”, and

(ii)

for the words from “or as single days” substitute “or as a number of different periods”.
