# The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 18: Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2012 Order


In Schedule 2, for paragraph 35 (time when postal ballot papers are to be issued) substitute—
“Time when postal ballot papers etc. are to be issued
35. Postal ballot papers and postal voting statements must be issued by the local returning officer as soon as it is practicable to do so.”
