# The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 31: Amendments to Schedule 3 to the 2012 Order


(1) In Schedule 3 (the PCC election rules), in rule 1 (timetable), for “Subject to rule 2, the” substitute “The”.
(2) In that rule, for the table substitute—

Not later than 4 p.m. on the 19th day before the day of the election
Delivery of notices of withdrawals of candidature

Not later than 4 p.m. on the 18th day before the day of the election
Notice of poll
Not later than the 6th day before the day of the election

Between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on the day of the election
