# The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2012, Article 2: Welsh and English versions of forms

Extent: E+W

(1) The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed as the form of the ballot paper which must be used at a PCC election in Wales in place of the form specified by rule 19(1) of the PCC elections rules (the ballot papers).
(2) In paragraph (1)—
“PCC election” means an election of a police and crime commissioner in accordance with Chapter 6 of Part 1 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011;
“PCC elections rules” means the rules set out in Schedule 3 to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012.
