  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe forms prescribed by article 2 of, and the Schedule to, this Order are prescribed as versions partly in Welsh and partly in English of the ballot paper which, depending on the number of candidates, must be used at elections of police and crime commissioners in Wales.\nThe English versions of the ballot paper are contained in the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1917).",
