  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2021.\n(2) This Order comes into force the day after the day on which it is made.\n(3) Articles 2 to 5 apply to an election of a police and crime commissioner in Wales.",
