Regulation 9 Disablement

In regulation 7 (disablement) before paragraph (1) insert—

“(A1)

This regulation applies in relation to a member of a police force who is a member of the 1987 scheme or 2006 scheme, and who is not a member of the 2015 scheme, at the time when the question as to whether the person is permanently disabled arises under these Regulations for decision.”.
