# Police and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1994, Section 90: Regulations under Justices of the Peace Act 1979.

After section 69 of the 1979 Act there shall be inserted—
“ Regulations.
69A A statutory instrument containing (whether alone or with other provisions) regulations made by virtue of section 12, 21, 24C, 24D(2), 25(2) or 62A of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”
