# The Police Appeals Tribunals (Amendment) Rules 2003, Article 2: Amendment to the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999


(1) Rule 5 of the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) after the words “section 50(3) of the Act” there is inserted “or section 81 of the Police Act 1997”.
