Article 2 Revocations and transitional provisions

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the Police (Appeals) Rules 1985^f1 (hereinafter called “the 1985 Rules”) are hereby revoked.

(2)

In relation to an appeal against a decision made in accordance with the Police (Discipline) Regulations 1985^f2 or the Police (Discipline) (Senior Officers) Regulations 1985^f3–

(a)

nothing in these Rules shall apply, and

(b)

the 1985 Rules shall continue to have effect.
