  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 6th January 2020\nLaid before Parliament 10th January 2020\nComing into force 1st February 2020\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 85(1) and (3) to (4A) and 88G(4) and (5)(b) of, and paragraph 2A of Schedule 6 to, the Police Act 1996 , makes the following Rules.\nIn accordance with section 63(3)(a) of the Police Act 1996 , the Secretary of State has supplied a draft of these Rules to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and has taken into consideration the representations made by that Board before making these Rules.",
