Laid before Parliament 13th November 1995
Coming into force:
Articles 1 and 4 11th December 1995
Remainder of Order 1st April 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 21A and 21C of the Police Act 1964 and after consultation in accordance with section 21A(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
