  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (investigating crime) to the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (a) of indicator number PBV7 the figure “10,000” is substituted for the figure “1,000”.\n(3) In paragraph (b) of indicator number PBV8 the words “notifiable/recorded” is substituted for the word “notifiable”.",
