Article 2 Amendments to the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2005

The Schedule to the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2005^f1 is amended as follows.

Paragraph (f) in the right hand column (description of indicators) for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 3 is omitted.

Paragraphs (a), (c) and (d) in the right hand column for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 5 are omitted.

The following paragraph is inserted after paragraph (e) in the right hand column for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 5—

“(f)

Acquisitive crime per 1,000 population.”

Paragraph (a) in the right hand column for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 6 is omitted.

In paragraph (a) in the right hand column for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 8 the words “with a power of arrest” are omitted.

The following paragraph is inserted after paragraph (a) in the right hand column for the entry Statutory Performance Indicator 8—

“(c)

Value of cash forfeiture orders and confiscation orders per 1,000 population.”

For Statutory Performance Indicator 13 there is substituted—

Percentage of working hours lost due to sickness for police officers.

Percentage of working hours lost due to sickness for police staff.”
