# The Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Authorities (Best Value) Performance Indicators Order 2008.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
