# The Police Authorities (Particular Functions and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Authorities (Particular Functions and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 17 March 2010.
(2) In this Order “the 2008 Order” means the Police Authorities (Particular Functions and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008.
