# The Police Authorities (Particular Functions and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008, Article 6: Transitional provision


Until the commencement of paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Police and Justice Act 2006 and the subsequent issue of a plan by a police authority under section 6ZB of the 1996 Act article 3(b) shall have no effect in relation to that authority.
