# The Police Authorities (Selection Panel) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendments to the 1994 Regulations


In regulation 4(2)(d)(i) of the 1994 Regulations the words “and (except in the case of the Metropolitan Police Authority) under 70” shall be omitted.
