# The Police Authorities (Selection Panel) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 4: Amendments to the 1994 Regulations


In regulation 6(5) of the 1994 Regulations the following sub-paragraph shall be inserted in the appropriate place:
“(ba) the member of the panel who is not present has died; or”.
