  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 24th November 2010\nLaid before Parliament 26th November 2010\nComing into force 18th December 2010\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Police Act 1996 , makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to that Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Association of Police Authorities, persons whom she considers to represent the interests of county and district councils in England and county and county borough councils in Wales, and such other persons as she thought fit.",
