  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 27th February 2012\nLaid before Parliament 29th February 2012\nComing into force 1st April 2012\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Police Act 1996, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Association of Police Authorities, persons whom she considered to represent the interests of county and district councils in England and county and county borough councils in Wales, and such other persons as she thought fit.",
