# The Police Authority Regulations 2008, Regulation 27: Validity of acts


The acts and proceedings of any person appointed to be a member, chairman or vice-chairman of a police authority and acting in that office shall, notwithstanding his disqualification or want of qualification, be as valid and effectual as if he had been qualified.
