# The Police Authority Regulations 2008, Regulation 28: Validity of acts


The proceedings of a police authority shall not be invalidated by a vacancy in the membership of the police authority or in the office of chairman or vice-chairman or by any defect in the appointment of a person as a member or as chairman or vice-chairman.
