  "text": "POLICE\nMade 30th April 1985\nLaid before Parliament 15th May 1985\nComing into Operation 17th June 1985\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 35 of the Police Act 1964, and after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and furnishing the said Board with a draft of the Regulations in accordance with section 2(1) of the Police Negotiating Board Act 1980, I hereby make the following Regulations:—",
