For the purposes of Regulations 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 19th November 1984

For the purposes of Regulations 4 1st January 1985

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 35 of the Police Act 1964, and after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and furnishing the said Board with a draft of the Regulations in accordance with section 2(1) of the Police Negotiating Board Act 1980, I hereby make the following Regulations:—
