  "text": "For paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations (charge for board and lodging) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—\n“2 The annual rate of charge shall be—\n(a) in the case of a police cadet attached to the City of London or Metropolitan Police force, £396;\n(b) in any other case, £369.”",
