  "text": "POLICE\nMade 4th February 1985\nLaid before Parliament 7th February 1985\nComing into Operation 1st March 1985\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 35 of the Police Act 1964, and after furnishing a draft of the Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and taking into consideration the representations made by the said Board in accordance with section 46(3) thereof, I hereby make the following Regulations:—",
